    Good morning/Afternoon
    I have tried everything i know with WP SMTP and WP Mail SMTP but it does not work.
    every time I try to send one e-mail even if it is a test one I get this info:

    1- on my track delivery (host server)
    Evento: rejected rejected
    Usuário: -remote-
    Domínio:
    From Address: [email protected]
    Remetente:
    Hora de envio: 1 de ago. de 2022 12:26:12
    Anfitri?o remetente: evolutionsbc.pt
    IP do remetente: 180.178.191.86

    Hi @camilopesvieira,

    I took a look at the error from your debug log and it doesn’t say very much. It just lets us know that there was an error, but not a lot else. Try reaching out your SMTP host to see if they can look further into this. They may be able to check their error logs to determine why your connection failed. Feel free to copy/paste the debug error to them, as that should help them out.

    Hi ! Thanks again.
    I solved the problem changing to ssl and use just WP SMTP.
    I am not sure why it just works like that.
    Now it seems that I have a problem with contact form 7
