    When this plugin is activated and I attempt to place an order, the system thinks for several minutes and then returns to the checkout page with no visible error. On the back end, the orders page shows one order created showing processing and one order showing failed. Both are from the same transaction.

    I’ve troubleshooted and found when I deactivate this plugin the ordering process works as normal.

    This plugin worked until the last few days ago.

    Hi there @darivera1014,

    That is certainly odd. Was anything recently added, updated, or changed? This would include any plugin or the theme you’re using. It’s possible that there is a conflict with another plugin or the theme, and it only shows up when orders are sent in. You can try deactivating everything except WooCommerce and WP Mail SMTP to test again.

    If the problem goes away, there is likely a conflict with another plugin. If the problem doesn’t go away, we would need to know which version of WooCommerce and WP Mail SMTP you are using so we could try testing on our end.
