    If you install the WP Mail SMTP plugin, then lost-password does not work.
    site.com/my-account/lost-password/
    After resetting the password, the message does not arrive.
    If you disable the WP Mail SMTP plugin, then everything works.
    Why the lost password does not work with the WP Mail SMTP plugin???

    Hi,

    are you using the “Other SMTP” mailer and constants to set up the WP Mail SMTP?

    If yes, then please check your wp-config.php file and move the plugin’s constants code you added to the file, above the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line. Like so: https://a.supportally.com/nw7JLN.
