    Hi there,

    If your emails were sending with MailGun then we know at least the WooCommerce’s side of things are working. Beyond that is out of our control, as the email system setup for you site is used.

    Setting up with GSuite can be challenging, as there are various requirements and limits. This doc will point you in the right direction with them:

    You can also try with another SMTP service (Zoho as free options) to rule out issues with GSuite.

    I’m not sure what the problem was, but it fixed itself by using another set up method for Gsuite using smtp relay.
