WP Mail SMTP Not Sending Test Emails

    I am having trouble with the WP Mail SMTP plugin. I am using Brevo as the sending option.

    I’ve been into the “Send Test Email” bit and it says that an email has been sent, but nothing comes to either my inbox or my spam folder.

    What am I doing wrong? Are there any settings in WP in general that would stop emails being sent?

    Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble! First of all, please check your Debug Events section to see if you can locate any failed events. If you see any failed events, you can check one of them to find out more details about the issue.

    However, if you don’t see any failed events, it means your issue is not related to the WP Mail SMTP plugin. In that case, you may need to reach out to Brevo support for more information about this email delivery issue.

    To confirm if the issue is related to your WordPress site or server, you can also configure an alternative mailer on your site and test.
