WP Mail SMTP not senging e-mails

    Hey, guys.

    My site has a form that notify admin’s email when its filled.

    But it is not working as well. The e-mail test always show me “There was a problem while sending the test email”.

    I have already used 3 differents SMTPs.

    I would be gratefull if someone could help.

    Versions:
    WordPress: 5.3.2
    WordPress MS: No
    PHP: 5.6.33
    WP Mail SMTP: 1.8.1

    Params:
    Mailer: sendgrid
    Constants: No
    Api Key: Yes

  • Hi @rodrigogrosso,

    As there are no error logs recorded, I suspect the conflict with other plugins. If you have any other similar plugins, please deactivate to avoid conflict or we have a step by step tutorial to test for conflict.
