wp mail smtp sends on localhost but rejected when hosted

    Im having problem with sending confirmation email to clients. It is working well with on localhost but not when hosted. I received the form data but the confirmation email from gravity forms to the client(email from form) is rejected. It says message blocked.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    What’s the mailer that you have configured on your site?

    If you have configured the Other SMTP mailer option, you can reach out to your email provider and ask them to check your logs.

    You can also check error information under the WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events section and provide those information to your email provider.
