Do you have any caching plugins on your site?
If so, could you please try and clear/purge the caches and try one more time the chat bot?

After some further investigations we discovered that something is blocking access to the bot JS file.

Here you can see this – https://www.elisevanhoecke.be/wp-content/uploads/data.js

You can take a look at this article that explains more about this error and how to fix it or you can contact your hosting and ask them to help you on this, they should be able to make those changes easily.
