WP-Matomo successfully connected but no data shown in WordPress

Hello.

I am using WP-Matomo Integration plugin for Matomo On-Premise (self hosted). I have been able to set the token in Matomo and provide it to WP-Matomo Integration.
The settings page shows properly “WP-Matomo 1.0.26 is successfully connected”.
Also I can see all logs of the visitors in Matomo On-Premise, everything is fine.

However, I do not see those results in WordPress dashboard, there is no data at all (0 visits, …).
It is strange as if the connection is successfully connected, it should be able to retrieve the information in my opinion.

Do you know what is happening?

I am using an htaccess redirection for the pages to be logged, which works fine as I can see the entries and everything properly in Matomo.
