WP Media Folder Issue

Dear Dev, I use WP Media Folder to keep my images organized in sub-folders under my Media Gallery. This is actually possible since WP Media Folder uses my DB to keep those virtual folders there. But when I use WP-Sweep’s “Term Sweep”, then all my folders are gone and all media comes back to the “root” of my Media Gallery. I’ve already reported to WP Media Folder’s Developers, and would like to also report to WP-Sweep DevTeam, so maybe we can find a way to fix it… To “fix”: find a way to allow WP-Sweep to do a Term Sweep, without removing my “folders” and scrambling my media at Media Gallery’s root. Could this be done?
