Wp-members doesnt save fields data

I have installed the wp-members to add more fields in the submit form for a new user in my shop.
I had this working well in another site and i don’t know why when submitting the form this plugin stopped saving the data of the fields that i’ve created! I installed WordPress again without any template, as well as woocoomerce and wp-members and still no saving. I do not know if it was an update of the plugin that caus this “problem”!!! What is certain is I’ve been struggling with this for more than a day and I do not see why he did not keep saving the fields I create.
