• Hey, So I started using this wp-members plugin and its working great but I have one problem. I would like to get rid of “This post is password protected. Enter the password to view any comments.” on my blocked page and it also seems like for the blocked pages they have there own custom stylesheet no matter what custom stylesheet you insert for you site.

    HELP! thank you in advance

As you can see on the link I gave you above the form isnt aligned. The “this post is password protected” isnt even put together and the first name and day phone isnt aligned as well. I was wondering how i can fix that?

Sorry i am very noob at this nor do I want to play around with the plugin incase I mess things up even more lol

    Thank you in advance!

Hi @han try using a different style in the settings. I had a similar problem in my test site. I changed the style to a different theme and it worked great. This is quoted on the website.

    Stylesheet

NEW in 2.8! Now WP-Members offers a dropdown selector for choosing from the installed stylesheets. There is also a new default stylesheet based on the new WP default theme Twenty Twelve. If you are upgrading, the default will remain the old default stylesheet, Twenty Ten.

The dropdown selector is extensible for developers and admins that want to provide their clients additional stylesheets. The wpmem_admin_style_list filter allows you to add additional stylesheets to the list.

If you want to create your own style then follow these instructions found here.

    I hope this helps you.

Hm so ive been looking through the link you gave me mbrsolution. It did help. But I still cant find a way to fix the forms on the blocked pages.

    As you can see
    https://doggy-walk.com/schedule-me/

    and
    https://doggy-walk.com/registration/

I am using the kubrick stylesheet. It allows me to change my registration forms and everything else besides for the blocked pages. The blocked pages seems to have a default stylesheet. I cant find the php file for the blocked pages.

Hi, what theme are you using? Can you test the default WordPress theme and see what happens. The issue could be related to your theme.

    Kind regards

    theme- pilcrow.
kubrick is one of the default stylesheets but even when i try twenty 10-12
all the forms and logins stuff change besides for the blocked pages form which sticks to its default form

Hi, have you tried a different WordPress theme on your site?

The password protected message you are getting for the comments is part of your comments.php template. You can get rid of that by making some changes to that.

As for aligning form elements, with the thousands of themes available, there is no one size fits all solution. That is why the form styles are fully customizable – but you are going to have to do some work on your end to customize it to your theme.

The link @mbrsolution listed has information on all of the different methods of customizing the forms (https://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/users-guide/customizing-forms/).

I would suggest working on a custom stylesheet, with the kubrick one as your starting point. You seem to have a content area that is not as wide as needed in the styles. If you build a custom stylesheet, you can work from the original as the framework and adjust the width of the various elements to take up less space.
