Wp Membership – missing "submit" button

  • I have installed the Wp membership plugin and having added the correct pages when I click to join the membership I can fill in all details but then there is no Submit button !

    Any ideas anyone ? Bare in mind Im new to the world of website design .

    I forgot to add , my footer seems to be mixed in with the page somehow ?
    This may be the issue but I do not see how to correct this – ??
