    Hi all.

I’m really needing some help here as I have tried everything I can think of but this problem is still occurring.

So I have gone to create a menu and have added a couple of pages to the custom menu… then I try to drag one above the other or pull the top one down, but all I see is a long section of empty panels dragging down the page.

I’ve uploaded a screenshot to show what I am being faced with by clicking the blue text below (link not displayed correctly?)

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can resolve this issue please?

Any ideas, help or advice greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks,

    Richard.

Could you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Thirteen/Twelve theme and see if the issue persists?

Will try that now and post back here shortly.

Hi Andrew – just tried that and it works fine now.

Does this mean that I am unable to use a custom theme for my business website or does it just infer that this particular theme I had activated is subject to some form of php glitch maybe?

Any advice on how I can correct this to use a custom theme?

Is the theme responsible or plugins, or a combination?

I just enabled all plugins and it is repeating the same behaviour… so it’s a plugin as opposed to the theme.

Certainly narrows things down for me a bit.

Many thanks for your assistance, kind sir! ??
