WP Menu Manager: issue with spaceing on 2 word headings

    I am useing WP Menu Manager and have a problem with the spaceing on two word menue headings. I have changed the default spaceing so the it is wider btween the headings. But this produces a large space between two word headings as well.
    Is there a specail charcter I need to insert to fix this issue?
