    Hi.
GREAT plugin! I’ve used the free version for a few weeks now and I love it! Almost so much that I’m willing to buy it if it wasn’t for a few problems. I’ll emphasize on just one here:

    The standard WP “more”-statement/button
    <!--more-->
I can’t insert it manually as HTML (will be deleted on update) and there’s no button for it in the Setka menu.

The only workaround is to use the EMBED button and manually type it in. This makes the backend editor design look a bit weird and is a tiresome process compared to the standard WP editor one-button click.

Will you make a button for it in the Setka top or side menu?

I’ll get back to the other problems I have (e.g. can’t use the spelling-menu build into the browser(s)) in another post, but I do love the layout control I have using this plugin.

    Best Regards.

    Hi!

Thank a lot for your feedback and for using Setka Editor!

Unfortunately, our post editor doesn’t allow to put <!– more–> inside the post content. Because it will cause unclosed tags of post content formatting and invalid post HTML. And now we can’t insert more than one post content container on one page (we are going to add this option in the next year).
That is why we would like to suggest you the following solution – instead of <!– more–> you can use Post Excerpt. This is a separate field in WordPress admin, where you can add a short description of the post that will be shown on your site main page instead of the post content.

And just in case – you can edit post HTML not only via the embed function, but also you can edit the whole post HTML we have this option in the top bar https://take.ms/F8wWYe However, this is the option for advanced users. In general, we recommend to use the standard options from our right instruments panel and insert custom code as an embed because or post editor generates rich HTML code and you should be careful when editing it.

What about spellchecking – we hope to integrate spellchecking into the editor the next year.

If you have any questions, we will be glad to answer them!

    Best regards,
    Setka Team

    Thank you for replying!

I will use the embed option for now. I have to change a bunch of stuff in my custom post grid view and css before I can use Post Excerpt.

It’s a really great plugin and I will look forward to any update in the future.

    Again, thank you!
Ps. I’ll buy it soon ??
