WP-MU Sidebar About

I am looking for a bit of code for the sidebar to place on each blog in a MU installation which would display a photograph, a name (taken from the blog name is fine), address, telephone number and email. These details and the image upload should be done through the control panel of each individual blog.

In addition a solution to display a user photo then a preview of the about text (say the first 25 words) followed by a read more link would be useful.

I have found some but none seem to be MU aware or are simply too fancy. Any ideas?
