WP Mu subdomains giving "This web page is not available" error

    Hello,

    I just created a new WP Mu site on a new domain. The main domain is working fine, but the subdomains are not resolving, giving “This web page is not available” error.

    My site is : https://happyvalentinesday.2015x.in/

    How can I fix this? – I did put a wildcard redirect and also deleted the webdisk entry from the webhost that causes the problem.

    Is there anything else I have to do?

    Sorry to hear about this! Unfortunately, it appears that you did not successfully create the Wildcard Subdomain DNS record. You can see that here:

    https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/happyvalentinesday.2015x.in

    I am not sure who your DNS provider is, but I would recommend to reach out to them directly and ask them to assist you with creating a Wildcard Subdomain record.

    In some cases it is as simple as creating an additional “A ” record for “*” (asterisk) pointing to the IP address of your host. Hope this helps!

    Working for me now, but @mike price it seems like my website is not working from russia, Canoga Park CA, United States, London United Kingdom according to the link that you have given.

    What should I do to fix that?
