Which plugin are you using for multi-language? So that we can create the issue in our local environment.

We’re using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-multilang/ plugin.
Same issue on our test-site: forblitz.site/en (broken) and forblitz.site (normal)

If I save default version – en brokes
if i save english version of page – russian brokes

there is no litespeed plugin

We have tested your issue in our local environment but it is working fine from our side. As we can see WP-multilang hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress and it may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress: https://prnt.sc/26ffm73

So you may try to deactivate every plugin one by one to see if the problem is solved.

this is a custom js to add ‘notranslate’ class for anycomment fields.

Hello! Today I’ve noticed, that without WPML plugin, Homepage doesn’t work correctly, when i’m trying to update / change it. Howewer, it happens not every time. I dont know the reason and cant get logical addiction. We’re very like your plugin and post grids. And solution is a rollback for newer / older plugin versions ;c

Hello! I know, how it looks like now. I’m fixing this trouble by rolling back plugin (and update it later). And I also know about hard purge cache. But sometimes after publishing / updating page, page being looks like that: https://forblitz.ru/modifications/wotblitz/other/

Little update: somehow, it was fixed after some time later. I dont know what’s happening.
