WP Multisite 4.9.2 – Not Sending Email Notifications

  • We are using the SendGrid plugin on WP Multisite 4.9.2 with 24 sites. We have been contacted by site owners that email notifications from our Gravity form driven career area are not being received. These notifications are to the same domain as the sites. In testing, it appears that “sometimes” the same-domain notifications are received. External domain notifications are also received.

    This is mission critical. Can you provide guidance that there is an issue and when the fix can be expected? If not, we need to know if we have to locate another reliable ESP.
