WP-Multisite, BP-Multi Network-Install: The plugin displays the same types / cat

Hello, on WP-Multisite, BP Multi Network – Install (network-activated Plugin from Buddydev https://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-multi-network/ – set define( ‘BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG’, true ) – activated Buddypress site by (sub-)site),
your plugin site by site as well.
My problem: it displays the same types/categories on all (sub)sites, which is of course not the desired behaviour for independent bp-networks. Is there a workaround or maybe just a configuration that allows group categories/types to be defined on a site by site level (different categories on different subsites)? Thank you for advice.
