WP Multisite wp-options->site value changed

    I use from a lot of time some wordpress multisite installation, and all works fine.
    The last installation give me a lot of strange problem.
    When I create new User for specific website this web site lost the correct link of dashboard. If I use phpMYAdmin i can fix the problem simply change the value of siteurl field inside the wp-option table.
    For example I have a wordpress multisite on https://www.mysite.com.
    I develop multiple sites like https://www.mysite.com/1-site; https://www.mysite.com/2-site etc.
    After created a new user for 2-site (this user doesn’t have the grant permission for root website) the dasboard on 2-site is unattainable because the link become https://www.mysite.com/dashboard but the right url should be https://www.mysite.com/2-site/dashboard.
    On the table wp_3_options i find the wrong url for the field siteurl and the correct url for home field.
    The same error i will receive every time the simple user login into wordpress. The problem doesn’t do if the superAdmin make login.
    Any one can give me a support

    Hi
    I have more details. I investigated more and I find that the problem appears every time the user makes log out from the website after making some changes into post/page. If the user doesn’t make any change into the website nothing happens after log out.
    For now, I will make a PHP script and fix the problem with crontab but this solution isn’t good for me
