wp NEWBIE HERE trying to migrate existing site

I can’t see any black userlogon at the top…

I was able to get rid of the black “Userlogon” by
commenting out the title ‘userlogon’ in page.php

don’t know if that is the “correct” way to get ride of it?
Is that the ‘board approved’ way to do something like that in wp?
If you have any other suggestions I am all eyes ??

If you’re not going to use that piece of code, I’d recommend removing it completely rather than commenting it out.
