WP not loading

  • I often have two hour (or more) blocks of time when neither my home page, nor my admin page will open. I get the “Internal Error” message after Safari tries loading for 5 mins.

    I have WP hosted by GoDaddy. Everything loaded fine for the past year, and suddenly this over the last 2 weeks.
    Some subscribers say they can get on the home page, but can’t leave comments, other subscribers say they can leave comments.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi Jannhizenga, I recommend you to contact the customer service of GoDaddy… the “500 internal server error” can only be corrected by your host with repairs on the web server software.
