WP Not sending registration emails or comment notification

I just recently realized that I’m not getting notification emails when someone registers or posts a comment.

When someone registers, instead of being sent an email, the following text below is thrown up on the page. HOwever, they are registered on the WP blog, but I’m not getting those notifications or notifications if someone has commented or there’s a trackback.
