WP Opt-in – SUBSCRIBE LOST

  • hello all,
    i am on WP 2.5 . when i login to admin panel, under Design >> Widgets there is no WP Opt-in widget even when Show All Widgets is there.

    But i can see that in my computer local server (xampp).. any idea how to get that back…. and i want email to go out to all the users when someone writes on the blog, What should i do for that. I am new on blogging, so please help guys. My site is hosted on https://www.godaddy.com server

    isn’t there any way so that all the users of blog get an email when something is posted in the blog.. please help, i am new to wordpress and bloging.. i have WP 2.5 installed.

    I need the same thing. It’s called a newsletter plugin. There’s one at https://www.shiftthis.net, but there are complaints in the forums that the author of that plugin doesn’t respond to questions. It costs $30 and his website says ‘buy at your own risk’ or something like that. It’s risky and I am still looking for a plugin that gives me a warm fuzzy.
