WP-Optimize conflicts with Paymattic

    Hi, I was having trouble trying for the Paymattic plugin to work. I contacted Paymattic support and they found out that WP-Optimize were in conflict with Paymattic.

    They mentioned “It might be a caching issue. If you are using any caching service on your website please exclude Fluent Form (Paymattic) from the caching service”.

    I did it at “WP-Optimize > Cache > Advanced Settings” where I added the page of my payment form /food-pre-orders/ in the URLs to exclude from caching, however this didn’t help.

    I contacted again Paymattic support to feed them back. They accessed to our dashboard and found out the conflict, so WP-Optimize was deactivated.

    Is there any solution known to solve this conflict? I’d love to keep WP-Optimize!

    Hi,

    Are you using the free or paid version of Paymattic. We would certainly want to look at resolving the conflict.

    Thanks for replying vupdraft. Paymattic is licensed, WP-Optimize is free.

    @jas2021 I have request for Paymattiic Pro version to make compatible. Once they get back, we’ll start working on this. Thanks.

    @jas2021 In our testing it works fine. So, we would like to work closely with you to sort out this particular issue.

    What is the exact issue? Form is not getting submitted?

    Does it happens when you turn off cache?

    With cache tuned on, does this happens every time even after purging cache?
