I installed wp-optimize and every time I start optimization (one by one) I get error message ”unexpected response was received” then the whole goes down with error message :

    Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at MYDATABSE.hosting-data.io. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure the database server is running?
If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

I contacted host team they said this is not something they can help as it is plugin issue. So now I am in between.

Why I keep getting such error even with simple action ? I disabled Cloudflare but still same issue. My DB is at around 75% full this is not an issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @alliaexpress The unexpected response occur initially but if you try to click the Preload button again the preload of urls should work.

Can you please try to click the Preload urls and check if it works on second attempt?

It is not working. The issue is that it is not allowing me to use my admin , I have to wait between 1-3 minutes then I try again. This seems to me background load or something like this. I tried now only to compress images I haven’t even clicked on any button to start but I got the message. I. Not able to use admin for now will wait

Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.

Hi, I have a medium store with around 15k items and 5k items in stock.

I use Yoast SEO to generate site map that I was thinking will help your plugin to preload my website.

So when I press the preload button I get this error message” An unexpected response was received.”
When I press it again I get the same error. Preload catching working if I walk manually via pages.

Is there a way that I can try to fix this issue? as it will be really helpful if it can preload my page automatically.
