In WordPress a new version after 3.5.0 to 3.6.0 should be available. But the update process fails.

It could be related to this:

    Verzoek-URL:
    https://mysite.nl/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    Verzoekmethode:
    POST
    Statuscode:
    503 Service Unavailable
    Extern adres:
    [2a00:51c0……]:443
    Verwijzersbeleid:
    strict-origin

And this has never been an problem.

The 2 call to this ajax before that say 200 OK. Updating the non Premium version works. Licence is valid.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the update. There are a few things you can try to fix the issue.

First, clearing your page and server cache might help, as sometimes cached data can interfere with updates. If that doesn’t do the trick, it could be a server resource issue—503 errors usually suggest the server is running low on memory or CPU. I’d recommend checking your server logs to see if that’s the case.

Lastly, you can always try a manual update by downloading the latest version of WP-Optimize Premium from your account and uploading it via FTP or through the WordPress dashboard. Hopefully, one of these steps will get things running smoothly again!

Let me know how it goes, and I’m happy to assist further if needed.

I’ve nothing changed, but the update is now working. So it must have been a serverside issue in the process.

Only a site that has PHP 8.3 does not update. On the same server.
