WP-Optimize running very long – website pages are blank

    When I turned on the following updates using the WP-Optimize plugin settings today it has made all of our webpages white, with no page content:

    – Enabled scheduled clean-up and optimization .
    – Enabled page caching.

    The WP-Optimize page shows “Please wait” for over 10 mins.. while the site is down.
    How long do these update usually take? And if they stall how does one get out of the
    update process and get their website pages working again? Please advise. Thanks

    Are you able to share screenshots of the issue? I’m not sure to understand what the issue is.

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately we ran into a disk space problem.
    We had to go through a number of steps to reset the website. It’s back online.
