    my WP-OPTIONS database table shows an entry – edd_sl_b9e91633560832299fbch – source – easy digital downloads.

    I dont have easy digital downloads installed. Can you tell me why its in my WP-OPTIONS table and can I delete it ?

    Hi there,

    Those entries are from the Licensing process of the extensions from Easy Digital Downloads. They store cached data for updates.

    If you don’t use the EDD plugin or any of it’s extensions then you can delete them.

    @slservice33 These options could also exist if you have installed a plugin or theme that you have purchased that is using EDD to handle its licensing. If you have had to enter a license key for a theme or plugin then you would want to keep this option in place as it contains the information required to receive automatic updates to it.
