wp-options table clearout _wc_session

I am trying to reduce the size of my wp-options table. I am seeing lots of items starting _wc_session (such as _wc_session_d96dfebeb1809ffc99b9313bb744e08a). These all seem to be large in size. What are these? Is it safe to delete them?
