You have to setup a Gravatar account ( https://gravatar.com/ ) and get an avatar connected to the e-mail address you are using here as well :].

You see generic icons at the moment since there’s no Gravatar account to grab a picture from.

Okay, and that will change both icons for me?

Yes the profiles are ‘different’ in view but they are connected and for the same user so they will both have the same image.
