WP.ORG profile info is not updating

    Hi,
    I am trying to update my WP.ORG profile information. But it is showing this error message-
    There was a problem updating some of your profile information. Please try again.

    I have searched for a solution for this error and found that my profile may have been marked as spam by Jetpack. In this case, how can I remove it from spamming and make it normal?

    thanks for your reply.
    I am so sorry for being late.
    I can’t update information from About Me, Website URL, Current Location, etc Fields data from my WP.ORG profile. when I edit and click on the save button, it shows – There was a problem updating some of your profile information. Please try again

    Did you try the classic logout-log-back-in? Or a different browser?
