WP Overlay Customisation

Hi, I am using the Overlay override (https://swiftype.com/documentation/tutorials/wordpress_overlay) on my WP site as I have trouble loading complete search results with the Ajax Load More plugin (https://connekthq.com/plugins/ajax-load-more/examples/search-results/) when >1 search terms are included.

However, with the Overlay, I can’t seem to limit the “Autocomplete result limits” using the var swiftypeConfig anymore.

Additionally, is there any way I can customise the output of the Overlay to show preview images in each post?
