wp-page-numbers.css help!

Since I’ve updated to WordPress 3.5.1 I’ve been having a huge issue with my entire site lagging. The front end loads slow, the back end is painfully slow.

I’ve run a few different speed tests to see if I could pinpoint the error and each time it shows that the wp-page-numbers.css file is taking 20+ seconds to load.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and if there is anything I can do to fix it? I post around 30-40 new posts a day so as you can imagine, the lag is adding a ton of time to the amount of time I spend doing updates.
