WP Pages 404 in IE 9

  • Nothing like the slowness of forums. Whatever happened to real support? Forums should ONLY be an aside to real support. Especially when we pay fees to use this stuff the right way.

    I am getting 404 in IE 9 when loading pages from my site https://ecspex.com/ecspex Yes, it is hosted on Yahoo. Yes, yahoo does not like static front pages and I don’t have one. My tabs are static pages and they load then turn 404. I am using suffusion, sociable, jetpak, ultimate tinymce, and more.

    I can’t help but notice that people who have not solved a particular problem will comment on it anyway. If you have not actually solved this one, hold your keyboard until you have. Thanks!

    (Would like to see a button in WP that allows the whole site, or all pages, all posts… to updated at one time instead of one at a time.)

    WordPress is free. These forums are free. So – thus far, you haven’t paid a thing. If you want paid support, try https://jobs.wordpress.net/

    Registration, link to registered site, fees to designers, customization… all things require more and more fees. This isn’t all free. Hold your keyboard.

    I guess all widgets commune here.

    There is no fee for registration – either here to to use WordPress. Your domain & hosting fees are nothing to do with WordPress. If you create & customise your own sites, you do not need to pay anything. If you choose to employ someone else to do the work, that is your choice – again, nothing to do with WordPress or www.ads-software.com.

    Posting in a free forum, supporting free software, manned by unpaid volunteers and ranting about “real support” and implying that you have paid for some kind of special treatment is no way to get any kind of help. I suggest you take a few moments out, have a slow drink of your choice, take some deep breaths and try again. Pleasantly, this time…
