• Hi all,

I upgraded to WP Paint Pro for receiving all the features. Especially the feature with the watermark was quite interesting for me. Unfortunately a lot of this features in the pro version are lacking. I’m facing the following issues on WordPress 5.3.2 with WP Paint Pro Version 0.3.5:

    1. I’m getting constantly the following message displayed in the dashboard “WP Paint Pro is not yet activated on your website. Please activate it?here.” when I click on 》activate《 then there pops up the settings with my license key. The key is valid and can be saved, unfortunately the plugin keeps ignoring it and the message keeps on coming back, although Pro features work.

    2. I’m not able to resize watermarks with one hand after they got imported to my images. Only manually adjusting the size in the layer details seems to do the trick. It’s really frustrating this way, and on top of that there is no ‘aspect ratio’ option.

    3. After editing images they a come out much bigger in size than the original one. Perhaps 10x bigger. Doesn’t the plugin have some optimization option?

    I’m thankful for any advice.

    Fritz

@fritz88 You are requested to raise a support ticket at https://zetamatic.com for WP Paint Pro related issues/support and the team will certainly help you out.

This forum is only for WP Paint related issues.

As a one time answer to your queries:

    1. Sometimes the license nag keeps appearing till you logout and login again. We will inform the team to fix the issue in a next version of WP Paint Pro.
    2. The best way to go about it is to save the potential Watermark image by resizing it with WP Paint Pro and use the resized image as the Watermark Image.
    3. We believe these images were resized on WP Paint Pro side that is the reason they come out bigger. WP Paint Pro would reduce the resolution of the images as per the max resolution settings.
