    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. After investigating, we have not found any issues with our plugin. It’s possible that there may be a conflict with another plugin on your website.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend using custom CSS code. You can go to the customization settings and add the CSS code we’ve provided below to see if it resolves the issue:

    /*Start css code */
    div#wpppass:first-child {
        display: none;
    }

    We hope that this solution resolves the issue you’re experiencing. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    Hello Noor,

    That worked great.

    Thank you,

    Ian

    I have the same issue! The password area shows up three times and messed up the header. Your CSS Code doesn’t work in my case.

    When I open the theme customizer, all is fine. It’s only on the frontend.

    Appreciate your help!

    @birgittetuepker – it looks like you fixed this. What was the solution? I’m having the same issue, and @nalam-1 is not responding.

    Hi Jason, the issue was gone with the next Divi Update (I‘m working with the Divi Pagebuilder).

    ahh – ok, thanks @birgittetuepker for the quick response. This client is using wpbakery, so i’ll try barking up that tree.
