WP Pipes has mysteriously stopped working

I have WP Pipes installed on my site for almost 2 years and it has been running normally but has mysteriously stopped working. No change was made and I do not know what happened.
I’ve already tried removing the plugin and re-installing and importing the pipe file but it continues without doing the postings automatically.
My website has more than 7000 posts automatically created by WP Pipes. I even thought it was some memory space problem and some old ones but it still did not work.
In the pipe configuration the url feed works normally but for some reason the posts are no longer created.
