Yes, another one I’m afraid.

I’m new to Piwik, but had it all working a few days ago thanks to your plugin. (self hosted) The setup went smoothly with no hitches and I was able to see data in my Piwik dashboard.

Then Piwik posted an update which I accepted because they said it was critical.

Was busy for a couple of days but now tried checking my dashboard and there are no visits recorded there for the last few days! When I checked the WP-Piwik settings all my tracking code seemed to have disappeared!

As far as I can remember, the update was the only change that happened.

Anyway, I added the code again to WP-Piwik. And saved.

But still I get the “not able to connect” message. ??

Please have a look at the delivered message:

You can’t access this resource as it requires an view access for at least one website.

Obviously, your auth token does not grant view access. Maybe after the Piwik update your auth token changed? Otherwise, please check the related configuration – is at least view access granted?
