WP plugin does not work for me

I have downloaded the WP plugin onto my site at https://www.solutionssocialmedia.shereesartain.co.uk/tempboddaert/ but when I go to the settings page there are no visitor types showing in the add visitor type box, and I can find no way of displaying any. I am using the WP BlogoLife theme for my site.
I have visited your code page but am dubious about altering any WP coding as I know little about programming.
Any help you can give will be appreciated.
