WP Plugin Rankings!!!! for wp developers

Hey,

I see me plugin has appeared differently on the plugin search dashboard on different computers. I’de like to understand how the search engine works within WordPress and how I can move up my plugin’s rankings. It has been very frustrating to see that even though my plugin has a very high rating and high downloads, it appears in a lower ranking than some other ones. It seems the ranking of is arbitrary.

Can someone please help me on this? I am desperate.

*Note: I am not talking about SEO for a blog, but for a plugin’s ranking on the search dashboard.
