WP Plugin Stat AJAX Popup

  • Kicking tires for WordPress plugin is something we all do. This feature request relates to the plugin review experience. Download and comment stats would be great to see without reloading the plugin home page. Side-by-side on-screen, one could glance at stats.

    Prototype: boiled down stats in a popup AJAX window.

    Hi,

    I personally think this would overcomplicate the plugin screen and feel bloated to most users, you already get stats at a glance in the shape of average star reviews and download count on the plugin cards, as well as when the plugins were last updated.

    Some extended information is available by clicking the More Details button and is displayed in an ajax powered modal window with screenshots and a better star rating breakdown (you could even read the most recent reviews in the Reviews tab)
