wp-polls 2.20 Javascript Error

I have recently actvated the WP-Poll 2.20 into my blog at https://www.recyclingtheweb.com.
However the poll doesnt let any users submit thier vote, he browser gives the following error;
Poll_Vote is not defined.
I have followed the installion readme file as requested.
Any ideas?
