wp-polls registered users only for voting

I’m using the WP-polls plugin, and I’ve got the thing that says only registered users can vote. But in the poll results, I see a lot of votes from “Guest”. But if I try to look at the poll when I’m not signed in, the options to vote don’t show up…anybody know what’s going on?
