Wp-polls resets on every page break

Hello

I have installed Wp-polls for a specific article in which I am using Page Break to split it in five pages. The poll has 100 options and each one of them is presented analytically in the article. However if someone makes some options and clicks on another page of the article the poll resets. Here is the link. https://globalceo.com/global-ceo-defines-todays-top-100-csr-leaders/
How could I possibly solve this?
