Wp Popup not working on mobile device

  • Hi there,

    I am currently trialing this plugin before purchasing it. I would like it to open on a click of a button, which I can do when a guest goes to view directions to a recommended place. This should open up a popup with an iframe code in it for a Google map with directions. I cannot seem to get it to work on iPhone and some browsers. Nothing happens. I have checked the cookie conditions. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @bhcrossley sorry for the delay. I don’t see the popup on that page so I guess this is a rules problem. Could you share a screenshot of the display rules you have? You could use a service such as imgur for that

    If you remove the mobile phone rule it works on mobile phone? Could you please check your hosting error_log file to see if there is any error?

    It’s possible another plugin creating conflict with the mobile detection library

    Yes, not working, I tried without mobile rule for the first time.

    About plugins – I haven’t any plugin for mobile site version. Theme is simple – Twenty Twenty-One

    I can be surprised to report that the plugin has earned in the mobile version ). Didn’t change anything at all.

    Still one of the plugin could use the library. Checking error logs also should give us a hint

    AllInOneSeo can use this library?

    Could be , I don’t know. Nobody reported issues with it , so I don’t think so.
