WP-Post-Thumbnail use custom key for featured post preset?

  • Hello all, I really hope some one can help me out this.
    The thing is, that i’m using this great plugin WP-Post-Thumbnail for about ~3-4 years, and I was happy with it work, but time is going, so we decided to change blog design (theme). That them using Featured post thumbnail preset, and now I need to make some solutions, where you guys I hope can help me out:
    WP-Post-Thumbnail using 3 custom keys, I’m using “thumbnail” and for slider “featured_thumbnail” preset, so is it possible somehow to change this custom keys for featured post thumbnail needs? Because now there is about 2500+ posts, that by logic should have new featured post thumbnail and the only thing is to change it by hand each post.
    So if there way to use WP-Post-Thumbnail as featured post thumbnail custom key, or is there way to make automaticly every post have featured post?
