wp-postmeta – separate table – performance increase – wp-postviews

hello lester thanks for your great plugin. is now installed on all my sites :).

I do intensive queries with “views”
but recently I’m noticing a little slow … (the problem is not the plugin but the table wp-postmeta)
we are talking about 15,000 post.

I wanted to ask;
because instead of using the table wp-postmeta you have not created a separate table? (like you did with wp-PostRatings)
?

You would not have a performance increase?
